PLEASE READ:

Once you have submitted your completed application and payment through CloudPermit your pass will be issued within the following three business days. All Daily and 3-day passes will be sent via email to the email address provided on your application. All annual passes will be provided with a temporary pass valid for two weeks sent to the email you provided on your application to allow time for your annual pass to be sent in the mail to the mailing address provided on your application.

Skamania County Courthouse Annex hours of operation. 
Monday-Thursday 
7:30am - 5:30pm 

• Please read Skamania County Ordinance No. 2018-02 before purchasing.
• Boat launch pass shall be displayed on the tow vehicles rearview mirror and is transferable between the boat owners vehicles.
• Failure to properly display a launch pass shall be subject to penalties set out in Skamania County Code 12.04.290.
•  Pass sales are no longer available at the launch sites and only available at local merchants, County Offices or online here.
• Drano Lake and Wind River parking lots are designated for tow vehicle and boat trailer combinations, single vehicles are allowed to park in the lot with a valid Skamania County Boat Launch Permit displayed in the vehicle as well as a valid handicap permit if necessary.
• There is no parking between the hours of 1:00 am - 3:00 am.
• All passes expire on December 31st of each year.
• A lost or destroyed pass will be replaced at no cost with owners original receipt. A new pass will need to be purchased if no receipt is shown.

BOAT LAUNCH PERMIT FEES 

Users are required to purchase a Skamania County Boat Launch Permit to launch at Wind River and Drano Lake Boat Launch sites.

* There are no fees to park your tow vehicle and boat trailer. Single vehicles are not allowed to park in the lot without a valid handicap permit displayed. There is no parking between the hours of 1:00am and 3:00am.

Permit Fees

• Skamania County Resident Pass: $10
• Non-County Resident Pass: $75
• Guide Service Pass: $250
  •  Guide Passes are not sold in stores and can only be purchased online or at the Courthouse Annex Office during regular business hours (Monday - Thursday 7:30am-5:30pm)
• Daily Pass: $5
• 3-Day Pass: $12.50
