Clerks Office: Open
The Clerk’s office is open but asking that anyone needing services to call (509-427-3770) and inquire how to proceed with service by alternative methods; by phone, online or by mail. We can process document requests through www.clerkepass.com, accept payments through nCourt 1-844-400-8874 or www.skamaniafinepay.com.
The passport application process is suspended until the Department of State resumes passport acceptance. Jury service - - As the county moves to phase III opening, the Courts are taking precautionary measures to resume July trials. During this process you will receive another jury summons in June to attempt normal operations for the projected month of July. Once you have received your new summons, please complete and return your summons answering all five questions. Retain your portion of the summons with call-in instructions to hear a recorded message about your need to attend.
Be aware that the Court is requiring masks or face coverings in the courtroom, if you have conditions that do not allow you to wear a mask or face covering please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs during this process.

District Court: Open/limited to public walk-ins
District court is operational but with significant restrictions on most public contact except for emergencies. We encourage everyone to use our electronic payment options for fines or to mail fine payments by check or money order. The Skamania County Courthouse Annex office will be open Monday, July 13th by appointment only. We are allowing only 1 person in the office at a time. Masks are required.

Senior Services: Closed to in-person assistance.
Senior Services offices are open. However, there is no in-person assistance, if needing assistance it can be done via phone or email.
Transportation: Dial-A-Ride services
- Limiting 1 client to a minivan whenever possible
- Disinfecting the vehicles between each client and every night
Transit:
- Service is running a normal schedule
- Disinfecting the bus between routes and every night
- Asking riders to separate themselves to give space between them
Nutrition:
- Delivering lunches to current home bound seniors
- Delivering lunches to some current congregate meal seniors
- We are not allowing seniors to pick up a lunch at Hegewald any longer. If they live in the Stevenson/Carson area we can deliver a meal. If not we can supply them with frozen meals until the Governor’s mandate is over.
We are partnering with A&J Select to delivery groceries to seniors 60+ on Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:00am-1:00pm

Sheriffs Office:
Lobby is open however we encourage people to submit calls online when possible. All fingerprinting has resumed for County residents only. Scheduling for fingerprints and jail visitation may be done on our website at www.skamaniasheriff.com
The patrol division will no longer be responding with EMS to medical call unless it’s a life-threatening emergency, or specifically requested by EMS. We will be handling low priority calls for service by phone and limiting in person contacts. We are still responding to 911 calls for service and high priority calls for service.
