The Auditor's Office is responsible for the administration of Recording, Financial Services, Auto Licensing, Payroll, and Elections. The primary functions of these diverse divisions are the recording and preservation of all public records, the integrated financial management of all activities of Skamania County, conducting all elections in accordance with state law, and the issuance of vehicle and vessel licenses.
The Skamania County Auditor is elected to a four-year term; Robert Waymire took office as the county auditor on January 1, 2015 and can be contacted at (509) 427-3730.

Elections
Visit our Elections Page for information on registering to vote, making address changes to your voter registration, or information on current and past elections. You can also download a voter registration form at www.vote.wa.gov, then drop it off in our office or mail it in.

Dog Licensing
All dogs in Skamania County that are at least six-months old are required to be licensed, and you must show proof of rabies vaccination at the time of the license application. Additional information is available on our Dog Licensing page.
