Noxious Weeds and other invasive species are showing up in Washington everyday. The cost to control them grows exponentially with every season. The most cost effective and efficient way to fight invasive species is to prevent them in the first place. Second, the key to success is to catch them early before they get established. This is known as Early Detection, Rapid Response or EDRR.
