 Pickleball

During the months of June -September (weather dependent) pickleball is played outside on the high school tennis courts and is free.

Interested in trying something new and challenging? Invented here is Washington State, pickleball is a paddleball sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and table tennis.  Two or four players use solid paddles made of wood or composite materials to hit a perforated polymer ball, similar to a Wiffle ball, over a net.  The sport shares features of other racquet sports: the dimensions and layout a badminton court, and a net and rules somewhat similar to tennis, with several modifications.

Open  Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 8:30am -11:00am / Tuesday, Thursday 6pm-8pm

Who can play?
18 years old and up. We will consider younger ages, but please check into the office. For folks looking for younger kid activities, we do hold youth pickleball and tennis camps once or twice a year. These dates vary based on availability and instructors. Please contact us with any questions.

I have never played before and I am worried about playing.
Our pickleball group has a wide range of skill level and are very welcoming to new players no matter if they have played similar sports or never held a racquet.

What is the cost?
Pickleball typically is located in the Exhibit Hall during the months of October through June. During this time pickleball is $5 to drop in any night or $25 per month.
