The purpose of the Aquatic environment is to protect, restore, and manage the unique characteristics and resources of shoreline areas in the water.

Residential Use Standards

Use Allowance

  • Single-family: not permitted
  • Multi-family: not permitted
  • Floating homes and floating on-water residences: not permitted

Height Restrictions

  • 35 feet

Other Use Standards

Use Allowance

  • Boating facilities and overwater structures: allowed consistent with the upland environment designation
  • Water dependent commercial, industrial, recreational: permitted use
