Documents may be refused for multiple reasons. Some examples include:

• Reference to incorrect AF # and/or Book and Page
• Missing parcel number
• First page top margin less than 3"
• Other margins less than one inch
• No return address within top 3" margin
• Text not sufficiently legible to ensure accurate reproduction
• Inadequate fees
• Abbreviated legal description with reference to full legal (or full legal) missing from first page
