RESOLUTION No. 2002-58

(Loan funds from Cummulative Reserve Loan Fund to Current Expense Fund)

BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Skamania County, Washington, that the County Treasurer is directed to loan $392,550.00 from CUMULATIVE RESERVE LOAN FUND (124.000.000); and transfer said monies to the CURRENT EXPENSE FUND, (001.000.000); that this transaction shall be considered an interfund loan from the CUMULATIVE RESERVE LOAN FUND, to the CURRENT EXPENSE FUND and is to be repaid from the first available funds, together with interest at 4%, not later than three (3) years from the date hereof.
