RESOLUTION 2002-13

(ESTABLISHING A USE MANUAL AND FEE SCHEDULE FOR

STEVENSON GRANGE HALL)

 

WHEREAS, the Skamania County Board of Commissioners establishes procedures for using Stevenson Grange Hall facilities that will include, but not be limited to, rental fees, supervisory requirements, restrictions, and security; which is attached as exhibit “A”; and

 

WHEREAS; this manual and fee schedule does not cover Rock Creek Community Center or Underwood Community Center, which have separate regulations and separate fee schedules; and

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Skamania County Board of Commissioners do hereby adopt the following use manual and rate schedule for the Stevenson Grange Hall, effective February 15, 2002:

 

FEE SCHEDULE

Per Schedule, per 5-hour block, rentals extending over 5 hours pay twice the scheduled fee.

Clean-Up Fee:  A deposit equal in amount to the building use fee may be required of some users.  If the user provides satisfactory clean up after their use, the deposit will be returned.

 

NOTE:  For groups classified as type III who use the facility on a continuous monthly schedule, a special lease fee can be negotiated. 

 

Long term commercial use agreements may be entered into at the discretion of the Community Events & Recreation Director.
