(Transfer Monies From The Equipment Rental &

Revolving Fund 501.000.000 to Skamania County

Road Cumulative Reserve Fund 141.000.000)

WHEREAS, the Equipment Rental & Revolving Fund borrowed $45,361.68 from the Skamania County Cumulative Reserve Maintenance Fund per Resolution 1999-26, which was to be repaid by three payments or within three years as funds allowed.

WHEREAS, funds are included in the 2002 budget, for the repayment of this loan.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Skamania County, Washington, that the County Treasurer is directed to pay over the sum of $45,316.68 plus interest in the amount of $5,120.28 for a total of $50,481.96 from the Skamania County Equipment Rental & Revolving Fund 501.000.000 to the Skamania County Road Cumulative Reserve Maintenance Fund, 141.000.000 February 4, 2002 and that this transaction will be repayment of Resolutions 1999-26.
