6.04.162 Savings clause.
In the event that any section of this chapter is found by any court of competent jurisdiction to have been illegally adopted, or illegal in its application to any individual, it shall be disregarded by the court but the balance of this chapter shall remain in full force and effect. Nothing herein is intended to affect state laws with regard to dangerous animals, including dangerous dogs. (Ord. 1990-02 § 8)
