RESOLUTION 2005-70
(2005 Distribution of
WHEREAS, Skamania County has received from the Forest Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture, $4,779,017.43 for FY 2005 federal forest yield for Title I and $2,889.02 in interest for a total sum of $4,781.906.45 and
WHEREAS, $4,728,564.00 was estimated as federal forest yield revenue for 2005; and
WHEREAS, $125,659.08 more than the 2005 estimated federal forest fund revenue was received; and
WHEREAS, Skamania County has received from the Forest Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture, $506,013.61 for FY 2004 Federal Forest Title III and $374.02 in interest for a total sum of $506,387.63; and
WHEREAS, the Board finds that the distribution of said funds should be made in the manner set forth below; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Treasurer of Skamania County is directed to distribute $5,288,294.08 as follows:
