RESOLUTION 2003-08

(Conversion of out of county waste disposal fees established by Resolution 1993-29)

WHEREAS, the Skamania County Solid Waste Advisory Committee has reviewed the current out of county resident waste disposal fees at the Skamania County transfer sites; and

WHEREAS, the Skamania County Solid Waste Advisory Committee has made a recommendation to the Board of Commissioners to charge a uniform fee for all waste disposed; and

WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners considered the conversion of out of county resident waste disposal fees to county resident waste disposal fees, in public meeting on the 3^rd day of March, 2003; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Skamania County Board of Commissioners establish uniform waste disposal fees for all patrons of the transfer sites (Mt. Pleasant, Stevenson and Underwood) as set forth in this resolution; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of uniform disposal fees shall be the 10^th day of March 2003.
