RESOLUTION 2003-11

(Amending Skamania County Commissioners’ Agenda Items Policy)

WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners adopted a Commissioners’ Agenda Items Policy on December 11, 2000; and

WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners staff reviewed the Agenda Policy and recommended changes to the policy to help stream line Commissioners’ meetings; and

WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners reviewed the recommendations of staff and agrees with the changes.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Commissioners by this resolution hereby amends the Commissioners’ Agenda Items Policy, as set forth in “Attachment A”; and

BE IF FINALLY RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners by this resolution hereby sets the effective date of the amendments to the Commissioners’ Agenda Items Policy as May 1, 2003.
